Westbury Civic Night, Spring Valley Village Fall Series, and Meyerland Board, Flood & Plaza Retail

Illustration of a calm neighborhood community garden and park greenspace at soft evening light, with a winding path, garden beds, and benches — illustrating shared civic outdoor space across nearby Houston neighborhoods.

Westbury (Houston neighborhood civic club), Spring Valley Village (separate municipality), and Meyerland (Houston community / MCIA) are nearby but not the same place. This update keeps them distinct.

September 2026 civic update: The September 10, 16 and 17 meeting and ballot dates below have passed. Later fall events and project timelines remain subject to the linked official notices.
